IT Auditor

The job:
The candidate will be responsible to provide IS audit services in accordance with IS audit standards, guidelines and best practices to assist the Bank, ensuring that its IT and business systems are well protected and controlled. Also provide assurance that the bank has structure, policies, accountabilities, mechanisms and monitoring practices in place to achieve the requirement of corporate governance. Ascertain that the management practices for the development / acquisition, testing, implementation, maintenance and disposal of the systems and infrastructure meet Bank’s objectives. Make sure that the delivery of the level of services meets the bank’s objectives. 

The candidate:
The candidate should be a CISA qualified. Preference will be given to ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA part qualified candidates. Computer sciences background will be an added advantage. Experience with audit firm would be a plus. The incumbent should possess minimum of 2-3 years IT Audit / compliance experience in a similar environment. Should have the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Willing to travel across country as required in the course of business requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization. Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. Inclined towards working in technology- driven environment. Should be below 35 years of age.
